Still Standing on Guard for Thee (remotely)
Growing up in WNY I spent five months a year north of the border and countless snowy weekends in between. I have a lot of fond memories of the yearly "Friendship Festival" that occurs between Canada Day and The Fourth of July. Fireworks, carnival rides, sparklers, smores, and popsicles galore! In my subconscious I think I still consider this a sort of a holiday week rather than merely one day. So here's to the start of a glorious week of Summer Fun! If you've never tried Tim Horton's, today is the day to do it friends!
